From 26 April 2021, BIDV introduces B-Free packages including Basic, Classic, Gold, Diamond & Salary

Each type of customers are “tailor-made” to the most suitable package, in particular:

- B-Free Salary

+ For customers receiving salary via BIDV account

+ No requirement on minimum balance. Waiver of all fees including online transfer fee, account maintenance fee, Smartbanking service fee, OTT alert service fee, etc.

- B-Free Basic

+ For customers receiving salary via BIDV account

+ Minimum balance required VND1,000,000 for waiver of 4 fees including Waiver of all fees including internal bank transfer fee, account service fee, Smartbanking service fee, OTT alert service fee, etc.

- B-Free Classic

+ For customers with regular online banking needs

+ Minimum balance required VND3,000,000 for waiver of all transfer fees, account maintenance fee, domestic debit card issuing fee and service fee for the 1st year, Smartbanking service fee, OTT alert service fee, etc.

- B-Free Gold

+ For customers with regular online banking and card payment needs

+ Minimum balance required VND7,000,000 for waiver of all online transfer fees, account maintenance fee, Platinum credit card & domestic debit card's issuing fee and service fee for the 1st year, Smartbanking service fee, OTT alert service fee, and exclusive benefits for Platinum cardholder.

- B-Free Diamond

+ For elite customers with high demand on financial transactions

+ Minimum balance reqired VND20,000,000 for waiver of all online transfer fees, account maintenance fee, Platinum credit card & domestic debit card's issuing fee and service fee for the 1st year, Smartbanking service fee, OTT alert service fee, SMS notification fee, and cash back for withdraw fee at BIDV ATM applied for domestic debit card, etc.

STEP 1: Login SmartBanking.  Select feature “Package Registration”.

If you have yet install SmartBanking, click here and register for an account via eKYC techonology

STEP 2: Select the package that fits your needs, press Agree

STEP 3: Review your selection and fill out OTP for authorization.
