In order to increase customers’ benefit, BIDV has extended the promotion for Ria Money Transfer throughout th remittance service throughout the system until the and of March 31, 2022. With the first 500 transactions of receiving remittances via Ria Money Transfer channel, customers will immediately receive 100,000 VND/transaction.

To receive foreign currency via Ria Money Transfer, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: The sender goes to Ria’s transaction point aboard to make money transaction, receives an 11-digit PIN code and sends it to the recipients in Vietnam

Step 2: The recipient in Vietnam goes to the nearest BIDV transaction point, hand out a valid ID documents, fills in the information on the Ria receipt and provides all the information of the transaction to receive the money without any charged fee.

Valid identification documents to receive money at BIDV including:

- For Vietnam citizens: Identity card/Public identity card or Passport issued by Vietnam that still valid.

- For foreign citizens: Passport with validity period, entry visa( or documents proving entry visa exemption) or others valid documents that determine the permitted period of residence in Vietnam due to The issue by a competent Vietnam’s agency.
