Continuing to support individual customers to maintain business activities, especially during the Covid-19 outbreak, from 6 May 2020 to 30 September 2020, BIDV implemented a new business loan package called “Connect & Reach further” totaling of VND50,000 billion.

This new package replaces the previous package budgeted VND 30,000 billion started on 31 March 2020. With the new package, customers are able to choose different loan packages and enjoy attractive interest rates:

• - Only from 6% p.a. for loans less than 6 months
• - From 6,5% p.a. for loans from 6 months to 12 months.

The program applies to new loan disbursements from 6 May 2020.

Customers applying for production and business loans during this time will also be offered many promo from other products and services such as e-banking, insurance, etc. to effectively manage personal accounts, such as:

• - Waiver of E-banking maintenance fee
• - Additional 0.5% interest rate p.a. for online savings
• - Up to 70% off interbank transfer fees;
• - Refunded 100% value of top-up mobile amount (capped at VND100,000/customer) when registering for BIDV SmartBanking and conducting a top-up mobile transaction within the app during golden hours (click here for details)
• - Receive a top-up mobile amount of up to VND500,000 when purchasing or renewing insurance for loans from now to 31 August 2020
• - Special offer on credit insurance and credit cards (as per period)

From the beginning of 2020, BIDV has disbursed more than VND 34,000 billion with interest rate from only 6,5% p.a. in order to accompany individual customers in their business and support them to access low-cost resources. These loan packages have usually had many customers and ended before the end-date.
