Accompanying customers to realize the dream of owning a house or a car, running a business , or to meet their daily’s financial need, amid the Covid-19 pandemic, BIDV has offered several preferential credit packages from 3 June to 30 September 2020 (or until the budget is fully disbursed). In addition, BIDV has launched the promotion program “For a green life”.

Accordingly, the first 2,500 personal borrowers who also register for BIC Binh An Insurance from 3 June 2020 will receive VND1,000,000 (in cash or transfer). This promotion is applied for 36-year business/home/auto/real estate secured loans and longer terms, loan amount from VND1 billion, the first disbursement falls in the promotion period, and the borrower registers for a BIC Binh An Insurance contract of VND300 million and above, with a term of 12 months or longer.

This promotion is applicable together with the current credit packages below:

- The VND20,000 billion credit package for personal home/auto/business/real estate secured loans with lending rates from 7.3% p.a. only.

- The VND1,000 billion credit packages for customers affected by drought and saltwater intrusion in the Mekong Delta and Central Highlands with lending rates from 7.3% p.a. only.

Customers applying for production and business loans during this time will also be offered many promo from other products and services such as e-banking, insurance, etc. to effectively manage personal accounts, such as:

• - Waiver of E-banking maintenance fee
• - Additional 0.5% interest rate p.a. for online savings and chances of winning Apple products
• - Up to 70% off interbank transfer fees;
• - Refunded 100% value of top-up mobile amount (capped at VND100,000/customer) when registering for BIDV SmartBanking and conducting a top-up mobile transaction within the app
• - Special offer on credit insurance and credit cards (as per period)

From the beginning of 2020, BIDV has disbursed more than VND72,000 billion with interest rate from only 6,5% p.a. in order to accompany individual customers in their business and support them to access low-cost resources. These loan packages have usually had many customers and ended before the end-date.
