Eligible Cardholders: Holders of Eligible Cards, who are also users of UrBox

Program Details: A complimentary Fast Track access exclusively with Eligible Cards

i)    Redemption eligibility:
•    Eligible Card is successfully linked into the official mobile application of UrBox; and
•    Eligible Cardholder has made accumulated overseas spend of minimum VND 20,000,000* on the enrolled Eligible Card within one (01) month 
(hereinafter collectively referred to as “Eligible Transaction”)  
* Spends that are occured outside of Vietnam territory in foreign currency (not VND) and not included in forbidden spend segments under the provisions of Visa from time to time, are considered overseas spends.

ii)    Redemption policy:
•    Each Eligible Cardholder is entitled for a maximum of two (02) complimentary Fast Track access per calendar quarter during the Promotion Period.
•    Eligible Cardholder must meet overseas spend requirement of accumulated VND 20,000,000 within one (01) month on the enrolled Eligible Card to enjoy the privilege.
•    Eligible Cardholders shall receive a notification from UrBox for Fast Track voucher issuance once Eligible Transaction is successfully made.
•    For avoidance of doubts, Eligible Cardholders are unqualified for the privilege if mimimum overseas spend requirement is not met and paid with the Eligible Cards under any circumstance (including but not limited to transaction cancellation/refund/return or Eligible Card expiration/loss/temporary block/insufficient balance or credit limit).
•    Total monthly quota is set at 135, renewed every month.

Eligible Transaction guide:

i)    New to UrBox:
•    Step 1: Download UrBox mobile application at https://urbox.page.link/Visa_VIP_Fasttrack
•    Step 2: Open UrBox app and register your phone number + OTP for verification
•    Step 3: Click the Fast Track Program banner on UrBox homepage
•    Step 4: Read T&Cs then click “Link Visa card”
•    Step 5: Provide Eligible Card number, expiry date & CVV
•    Step 6: Spend a total of VND 20,000,000 minimum overseas on the enrolled Eligible Card within one (01) month
•    Step 7: Once Eligible Transaction is verified, Fast Track voucher shall be issued at “Voucher” section on UrBox application
•    Step 8: Reserve the complimentary Fast Track access with UrBox at 1800 28 28 36 

ii)    Existing to UrBox:

Not yet linked Eligible Card into UrBox app:
•    Step 1: Open UrBox app and log in 
•    Step 2: Click the Fast Track Program banner on UrBox homepage
•    Step 3: Read T&Cs then click “Link Visa card”
•    Step 4: Provide Eligible Card number, expiry date & CVV
•    Step 5: Spend a total of VND 20,000,000 minimum overseas on the enrolled Eligible Card within one (01) month 
•    Step 6: Once Eligible Transaction is verified, Fast Track voucher shall be issued at “Voucher” section on UrBox application

Already linked Eligible Card into UrBox app:
•    Step 1: Open UrBox app and log in
•    Step 2: Click the Fast Track Program banner on UrBox homepage

Merchant Terms and Conditions

• Each Fast Track voucher is equivalent to a single use of the departure or arrival airport assistance service for one (01) person (2 years old and above) at international terminals of the following airports in Vietnam: Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City), Noi Bai (Hanoi), Da Nang, Cam Ranh. 
• Reservation should be made at least one (1) day before the confirmed flight time for optimal arrangement. UrBox will use its best efforts to reserve the arrival Fast Track assistance service as requested by the Eligible Cardholder, however, the acceptance or change of reservation is at the sole discretion of participating Fast Track airline support service providers and is subject to availability.
• Please ensure you have the correct flight information and arrive at airport on time as scheduled to enjoy the Fast Track service you have registered for. In the event that you arrive late (close to the flight time), according to the airport regulations, you may miss the flight and shall not be able to fully use the pre-booked service (the voucher code will not be refunded).
• Cancellation or amendment of confirmed Fast Track reservation shall be made at least six (06) hours prior to the tentative time of Fast Track usage.
• For confirmed reservations, amendment or cancellation shall be made up to two (02) times maximum within the voucher validity. 
• Vouchers shall not be reissued or refunded in case of no-show without any advance notification to UrBox in any circumstances.
• Vouchers can be used everyday, including public holidays with no blackout dates. Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or any other offers unless specified by Visa and/or UrBox. 
• Voucher is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Cardholders may be asked to pay extra if they use more than the voucher value. 
• * Any queries relating to Fast Track service details, arrangement assistance, reservation amendment or cancellation shall be directed to UrBox hotline at 1800 28 28 36 (08:00 - 22:00 daily, including holidays) or email to vip@urbox.vn.
• UrBox does not accept the Voucher that is expired or the status is ""Used"".
• Eligible Cardholders are responsible for keeping the Voucher information confidential after placing an order. Visa and/or UrBox will not be responsible for refunding Vouchers that are lost or in ""Used"" status after the time the Voucher is issued for any reason.
• Visa and/or UrBox reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
