Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Thanh Nam Branch (BIDV Thanh Nam) would like to announce the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Property information:

Information of debts subject to evaluation: A debt of  Thien Tran Vu Trading and Services Joint Stock Company. Temporarily as of June 30, 2023, the outstanding debt of BIDV Bank's debt requiring valuation is: VND 70.666.461.771 VND, of which (Principal debt: VND 39.013.000.000 VND; Excess debt interest debt: VND 31.653.461.771 VND).           

2. Time of application submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 07 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Thanh Nam within 10 days starting from the date of notice).

3. Place of submitting files:

- The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – Thanh Nam Branch, located at no. 80 Dong A, Loc Vuong Ward, Nam Dinh City, Nam Dinh Province.

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

- Other criteria as required by BIDV Thanh Nam

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by BIDV Thanh Nam

*Notes:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Thanh Nam shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
