- Description of property:

Address: Tan Thoi Nhi Ward, Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City;

Area: 2920 m2 (In words: Two thousand, ninety hundred and twenty square meters);

Form of use: Private use;

Purpose of use: Land for cultivation of annual crops;

Time of use: 16/03/2055;

b) House -/-

- Reserve price: VND 18,396,000,000 (In words: Eighteen billion, three hundred and ninety-six million Vietnamese Dong).

2. Time of application submission:

- The time-limit for direct submitting is 07 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Truong Son within 10 days starting from the date of notice).

3. Place of submitting files:

4. Selection criteria:

- Facilities, necessary equipment guarantee for the auction for the type of auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.

- Included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

*Notes:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Truong Son shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
