1. Information of Assets:

The first assest: Toyota Fortuner car, license plate number 29A-912.58, first-price auction VND 416,000,000.0

The second assest: Mitsubishi Triton car, license plate number 29C-156.98, first-price auction VND 210,000,000.0

The third assest: Toyota Camry car, license plate number 29A-007.69, first-price auction VND 300,000,000.0

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 03 working days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Ha Dong no later than 05 working days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Necessary infrastructure and equipments required for the property opted for auction.

- Accomplishable and efficient auction plan.

- Capacity, acquirements and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Have asset auction license.

- Have ability and experience in auction activities.

- Have operated for at least 5 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

* Note:

- The selection criteria do not apply to Property Auction Service Centrer directly under the Province Department of Justice.

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Son La shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
