- Conditions for registering to participate in the auction: Individuals and organizations that have the need and financial capability may register to participate in the auction, except for cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Asset Auction no. 01/2016/QH14 dated November 17, 2016.

10. Time and place for reviewing auctioned asset: From 08:00 am 16th August 2023 to 17:00 pm 18th August 2023 at place where asset located.

11. Deadline for deposit: During office hours on 23th August 2023, 24th August 2023 and 25th August 2023; unless the property auction organization and the auction participants are satisfied. Organizations and individuals eligible to participate in the auction submit valid auction participation dossiers and advance payment to Truong Thinh Group Auction Company Limited according to regulations.
