According to the Certificate of House Ownership and Land Use Rights Original Document No. 13521/98 issued by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on November 7^th, 1998.
2. Property owner: Ms. Dang Tho Nhat 
3. Collateral for the loan of Ms. Dang Tho Nhat
4. Reason for seizure: Handle collateral for debt recovery as agreed in the Mortgage Contract and regulations of law. 
5. Time to seize security assets: From 09:00AM, 19/10/2023 until the seizure is completed. 
6. Location of seizure: 63 Le Trung Nghia street, 12 Ward, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City.
7. Seizure period: From the time of seizure until the collateral is handled, auctioned at the cost of BIDV Thu Thiem Branch to recover the debt or until the Borrower fulfills the loan repayment obligation. 
8. Price for handling security assets: Using valuation results of agencies or organizations with the function of price appraisal. The cost of hiring a valuation agency or organization shall be included in the cost of handling security assets. 
9. Handling method: Public auction through a functional auction organization appointed by BIDV Thu Thiem Branch.
