Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announces the selection of an asset valuation enterprise as follows:
1. Asset information:
- Assets are customer debts at BIDV Vinh Long Branch.
- Assets securing debt include:
(1) Mortgage of assets attached to land is the office and fence of Vinh Long Food Joint Stock Company located at 38 2/9 Street, Ward 1, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province, specific details as follows:
+ Office building: Construction area 728.20 m 2 ; Floor area (m 2 ) or capacity 1838.2 m 2 ; Ownership form: private ownership; Construction level: Level 3; Ownership term until December 10, 2054.
+ Fence: Floor area (m 2 ) or capacity 81.6 m 2 ; Ownership form: private ownership; Ownership term until December 10, 2054.
(2) Mortgage of assets attached to land is the office and fence of Vinh Long Foodstuff Joint Stock Company located at Hung Dao Vuong Hamlet, Ward 1, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province, specific details as follows:
+ Garage: Construction area 112.3 m 2 ; Floor area (m 2 ) or capacity 112.3 m 2 ; Ownership form: private ownership; Construction level: Level 4; Ownership period until January 1, 2056.
(3) The collateral is the receivables of Docimexco company .
2. Application deadline:
The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (applications submitted by post are calculated by postmark, provided that BIDV must receive them within 10 days from the date of notification).
3. Place of submission:
- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Debt settlement department in the Mekong Delta region. Address: 5th floor, BIDV Building, No. 53 Vo Van Tan, Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.

4. Selection criteria:
- The selected enterprise must be on the Public List of valuation enterprises qualified to conduct valuation activities of the Ministry of Finance.
- The selected valuation enterprise is not in the case of not being allowed to conduct valuation according to the provisions of the Law on Prices and its implementing documents.
5. Registration documents include:
- Business legal documents.
- Description of capacity and experience.
- Quotation letter, other commitments of the valuation enterprise (if any).
* Note:
- The registration dossier automatically expires in case the valuation enterprise is not allowed to conduct valuation according to the provisions of law.
- BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected valuation enterprise. Units that are not notified of the results are understood to be not selected. BIDV will not return the documents to units that are not selected ./.
