The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announces the selection of a debt appraisal organization as follows:

1. Debt information:

- BIDV Bank requests to appraise the debt of My Le Company (Limited) arising at BIDV Binh Phuoc Branch as follows: As of August 3, 2023, the outstanding loan of My Le Company (Limited) is VND 51,351 million (In which: Principal balance is VND 17,174 million; Interest balance is VND 34,177 million).

1	The right to use 840m2 of agricultural land in Thac Mo town, Phuoc Long district, Binh Phuoc province (Certificates of land use rights No. S 467514 issued by the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province on July 16, 2001).
2	The right to use 226.8m2 of forestry land belongs to the 648 Battalion, 38th Battalion, Tan Quy Tay commune, Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City (Certificates of land use rights No. BG 101453 issued by the People's Committee of Binh Chanh district on June 8, 2011).
3	The right to use 194.6m2 of ONT and aquaculture land belongs to Battalion 649, Battalion 38 in Tan Quy Tay commune, Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City (Certificates of land use rights No. BG 101456 issued by Binh Chanh District People's Committee on June 8th. 2011).
4	The property to be formed in the future is the right to exploit latex and rubber tree wood on the land area of the investment project to plant 370 hectares of rubber trees at Plot 1,2,3,4,5 Sub-zone 36 Bu Gia Map province. Binh Phuoc according to Decision No. 909/QD-UBND dated April 9, 2009 of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province on approval of the project.

2. Receiving application time:

The time for direct application submission is 05 (five) working days from the date BIDV posts the notification (for documents submitted through post are counted by the postmark).

4. Selection Criterion:

- The selected enterprise must be on the public list of Appraisal enterprises eligible for valuation activities of Ministry of Finance.

- The selected appraisal enterprise is not on the case which not eligible for valuation under the provisions of the Law on Prices and the legal documents guiding the implementation.

5. Registration application include:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Price offer letter, other commitments of the asset valuable enterprise (in which price offer letter need to show the content such as the preliminary estimated valuation value of the assessed asset, the price level, etc.).

* Note:

- Registration application will automatically invalidated in the case appraisal enterprise not eligible to appraise under provisions of law.

- BIDV will send written notification of the result to the seleted valuation enterprise, those do not receive the result will be considered as unselected enterprise and BIDV will not return the application to unselected enterprises.
