BIDV Lang Son announces the selection of property auction organization

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Lang Son Branch (BIDV - Lang Son Branch) announces the selection of an asset auction organization as follows:

1. Property information:

1.1. First property:

- Land use rights of Mrs. Chu Thi Yen, Mr. Mong Van Tuyen at Phai Tran – Nam Thoong village (now Hoang Tan village), Hoang Dong commune, Lang Son city, Lang Son province according to the Certificate land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets number CG-800064, number in the certificate of issuance: CH-04476 issued by the People's Committee of Lang Son city, Lang Son province on February 24, 2017. Certified for additional ownership of house on September 13,2017, as follows:

- Land use rights:

+ Land plot number: 324;                                                                                      

+ Map sheet number: 77.

+ Address: Phai Tran – Nam Thoong village, Hoang Dong commune, Lang Son city, Lang Son province.

+ Area: 215.7 m2 (In words: Two hundred fifteen point seven square meters).

+ Form of use: Private use.

+ Purpose of use: Land in countyside.

+ Shelf life: Long term.

+ Origin of use: Recognition of land use rights such as land allocation with collection of land use fees.

- Property on land: Individual houses

+ Construction area: 78,3m2

+ Floor area: 130,1 m2

+ Form of use: Private use

+ Class: III

+ Year completed construction: 2002

- Starting price: 2.641.400.000 VND (Text: Two billions, six hundred and forty one millions, four hundred thousand Vietnamese dong)

1.2. Second property:

- Land use rights of Mrs. Chu Thi Yen at Resettlement area No.2, Lang Sơn provincial General Hospital project, Hoang Dong commune, Lang Son city, Lang Son province according to the Certificate land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets number CN-886450, number in the certificate of issuance: CH-05726   issued by the People's Committee of Lang Son city, Lang Son province on August 22, 2018. Was given to Mrs. Chu Thi Yen according to file number 004827.TA.3455./.  on September 19, 2018, as follows:

- Land use rights:

+ Land plot number: 435 (Box No 67);                                                                 

+ Map sheet number: 77.

+ Address: Resettlement area No.2, Lang Sơn provincial General Hospital project, Hoang Dong commune, Lang Son city, Lang Son province.

+ Area: 80 m2 (In words: Eighty square meters).

+ Form of use: Private use.

+ Purpose of use: Land in countyside.

+ Shelf life: Long term.

+ Origin of use: Donated for land, the State allocates land with collection of land use levy.

- Property on land: No

- Starting price: 880.000.000 VND (Text: Eight hundred and eighty millions Vietnamese dong)

2. Time to receive documents:

The deadline for direct application submission is 7 days from the date of notification (Document submitted by post is calculated by postmark, provided that BIDV - Lang Son branch must receive it within 10 days from the date of submission of the notification).

3. Application submission location:

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in the auction must satisfy the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Having the function of asset auction activities;

- Having a minimum operating period of 03 years;

- There are at least 02 auctioneers;

- Having its head office in Lang Son province;

- Having an office that is qualified to hold an auction with 10 seats or more and has adequate equipment and information systems to ensure service for asset auction activities;

- Having a description of capacity, reputation and experience;

- Having a feasible and effective auction plan;

- Reasonable cost, quick procedure.

5. A registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Letter of bid, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The notice of selection automatically expires in case the auction organization is not allowed to bid according to the provisions of law.

- BIDV - Lang Son Branch will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those that are not notified of the results are considered not selected, BIDV - Lang Son Branch will not refund profile with unselected units.
