4. Selection criteria:
- Be listed in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.
- Having facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the type of properties.
- Having feasible and effective auction plans.
- Organizations having capacity, experience and reputation for property auction.
5. Documents required:
- Legal documents of the enterprise.
- Description of capacity and experience.
- Relevant documents aligning with the section 4 if this announcement, other commitments of the property auction organization (if any).
* Note:
- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.
- BIDV Thai Nguyen shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
