- Decimal amounts will be rounded down.

- Cardholders will not receive a refund in the following cases:

•      The goods/service transaction has been altered, canceled, refunded or otherwise considered fraudulent.
•      The card is canceled or the account is deactivated before the refund date.
•      The card is not valid at the time of refund.
•      The card number is changed due to renewal or re-issuance of the card before the refund date.
•      When transactions are not recorded in the system during the program due to any reason.
•      When the transaction is made through an intermediary partner and not directly from a participating store.

- BIDV will not be responsible for any problems, losses or damages that cardholders suffer when participating in the cashback program.

- In case the cardholder violates the Terms and Conditions, causing damage to BIDV/JCB/ third parties through fraudulent/illegal acts related to participating in this program, BIDV has the right to terminate or cancel other incentives/payment transactions. In such case, all amounts accumulated in the program up to the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

- Reward time:

• Card spending from May 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024: Refund before September 30, 2024
• Card spending from August 1, 2024 to October 30, 2024: Refund before December 31, 2024
• Card spending from November 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024: Refund before February 28, 2025
