The Payment Speaker is a product provided by partner equipment suppliers (Vendors – Suppliers), connected to BIDV to deliver audio notifications of QR-code payment transaction changes on the Speaker when the QR code is linked to the customer’s payment account at BIDV.  

Suppliers currently connected with BIDV include: Tingee Speaker – Supplier Heno, PayAlert Speaker – Supplier GoStream, Thần Tài Speaker – Supplier Mobifone, LoaX – Supplier Casso, Tingbox Speaker – Supplier Vimo, Quik TingTing Speaker – Supplier Vinatii, TingTing Speaker – Supplier 9Pay, and other suppliers that may establish new partnerships in the future. 

All device operation–related issues will be supported by the respective Suppliers, or customers may contact their nearest BIDV Branch/Transaction Office or BIDV Relationship Manager for assistance.
