The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announces the selection of a debt appraisal organization as follows:

- Information on the debt required to appraise: As of Dec 14, 2022 temporary, the outstanding balance of the debt that BIDV Bank requires to value is: 201.696.842.710 VND, (of which: Principal balance: 145.532.546.141 VND; debt interest balance: 56.164.296.569 VND).

According to the Certificate of land use rights, ownership of house and other properties associated with land No. BI 698501, number in the certificate of issuance book No. CH01803, issued by the People's Committee of Binh Chanh District on March 6, 2012.

The entire value of ownership of the works under the project of a waste treatment and recycling plant at Dap Da landfill in My Tho Village, Cao Lanh Town, Dong Thap Province forming in the future associated with Land lot No. 1153 and 1154, Map sheet No. 03 My Tho Village, Cao Lanh Town, Dong Thap Province, was built under the construction permit No. 07/GPXD issued by the Department of Construction of Dong Thap Province on March 25, 2016 and other relevant documents.

 

II. Receiving application time:

The time for direct application submission is 05 (five) working days from the date BIDV posts the notification (for documents submitted through post are counted by the postmark).

IV. Selection Criterion:

- The selected enterprise must be on the public list of Appraisal enterprises eligible for valuation activities of Ministry of Finance.

- The selected appraisal enterprise is not on the case which not eligible for valuation under the provisions of the Law on Prices and the legal documents guiding the implementation.

V. Registration application include:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Price offer letter, other commitments of the asset valuable enterprise (in which price offer letter need to show the content such as the preliminary estimated valuation value of the assessed asset, the price level, etc.).

* Note:

- Registration application will automatically invalidated in the case appraisal enterprise not eligible to appraise under provisions of law.

- BIDV will send written notification of the result to the seleted valuation enterprise, those do not receive the result will be considered as unselected enterprise and BIDV will not return the application to unselected enterprises.
