Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Nam Binh Duong Branch announces the selection of an asset auction organization as follow:

1. Auctioned property seller: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Nam Binh Duong Branch (Address: No 10 Huu Nghi Avenue, Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park, Ward Binh Hoa, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province).

2. Auction assets: Land use rights and building on land in Tan Hiep Ward, Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province.

- Land area for appraisement: 28,180.3 m2, plot number 1408, map sheet number 17 Tan Hiep commune, Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province.

- Purpose of use: Land for production and business.

- Expiry date: 49 years from August 4th, 2005

- Factory: 20,000 m2

3. Expected starting price: 160,000,000,000 VND (In words: One hundred and sixty billion VND).

4. Criteria for selecting an asset auction organization: Following to Circular 02/2022/TT-BTP dated February 8th, 2022 on guidelines for selecting an asset auction organization (Specific criteria according to Appendix attached appendix).

5. Time and address to submit registration documents:

- Time to receive registration documents: Receive applications directly within 03 working days from the date of announcement (during office hours).
