- Property description: Residential land use rights and land-attached assets at land plot No. 82-1, map sheet No. 24 in Phu Ha Hamlet, Minh Phu Commune, Soc Son District, Hanoi according to Paper Certificate of land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets, number CB 800188, number in the certificate of issuance: CS-SS00866 issued by Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment on 24/11/ 2015; granted to Mr. Tran Quoc Huy and Ms. Ngo Thi Tuyet Lan.

- Property address: Phu Ha hamlet, Minh Phu commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi city.

- Starting price: 2,661,000,000 VND (In words: Two billion, six hundred and sixty one million VND)

The deadline for application is within 03 days from the date of notification (documents sent by post office is from the date on the postmark, provided that BIDV - Dong Hanoi shall receive documents within 5 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- The auction plan is feasible and effective.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.

- Being on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Has a minimum operating period of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

5. A registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Letter of bid, related documents according to Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The registration dossier is automatically invalidated in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction according to the provisions of law.

- BIDV Dong Hanoi will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results will be considered unselected, BIDV Dong Hanoi will not return the documents to the unit is not selected.
