2	Group of criteria bases on realizable and effective auction plan
3	Group of criteria bases on competence, experience, and reputation of asset auction organization
4	Group of criteria bases on suitability remuneration of auction services and auction costs
5	Named in the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice
6	Having a minimum operating period of 3 years
7	Having at least 3 auctioneers
8	Alternative groups of suitable criteria are decided by the entity that owns the debt

BIDV will bases on the information into the registration documents of debt aution organizations to mark according to all criterias of the attached Criteria Table.

5. A registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of the business (certified copy/copy).

- Description of capacity, experience, auction plan.

- Letter of bid, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

• The auction organization commits the truthfulness and accuracy to the auction registration documents submitted at BIDV and undertakes to take legal responsibility if inaccurate information affects the results auctioned assets to recover debts of BIDV.
• Application documents are automatically invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct an auction in accordance with the laws.
• BIDV will send a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization, those not received such notice are deemed as not selected. BIDV will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
