BIDV Thanh Do announces the selection of property auction organization

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thanh Do Branch (BIDV Thanh Do) announces the selection of an asset auction organization as follows:

1. Property information:

Property name: The right to use residential land and assets attached to land at the address: Hamlet 3, Trung Mau commune, Gia Lam district, Hanoi city of the Mortgagor has been granted Land Use Rights Certificate No. 849016, No. in the certificate issuance book 0118, QD number: 1396/QD-UB, MS: 1011920109 issued by the People's Committee of Gia Lam district, Hanoi city on December 30, 2005 in the name of Mr. Le Thanh Ha.

Address: Hamlet 3, Trung Mau commune, Gia Lam district, Hanoi city.

Area: 109,8 m2  (In words: One hundred and nine point eight square meters)

Origin of use: The State recognizes land use rights such as the State allocates land with collection of land use fees.

c) Starting price: 2.307.000.000 VND (In words: Two billion, three hundred and seven million Vietnamese dong).

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post will be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Thanh Do no later than 10 days from the date of notification).

3. Location of Application:

4. Selection criteria:

Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of auctioned asset. 

The auction plan is feasible and effective. 

Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization. 

Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs. 

Being on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice. 

Has a minimum operating period of 3 years. 

There are at least 03 auctioneers. 

Other criteria at the request of the Branch

5. A Registration documents include

Legal documents of enterprises.

Description of qualifications and experience.

Quotation letter, other commitments of the valuation enterprise (if any).

Other documents at the request of the Branch

* Note:

- The registration dossier automatically expires in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction according to the provisions of law

- BIDV Thanh Do will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results will be considered as not selected, BIDV Thanh Do will not return the documents to the bidders not selected.
