1. Information of assets: Land use right and attached assets under Certificate of Land Use Right and Attached Assets No. BĐ 463022 (Reg. No. CH00665, Decision No. 1062/QĐ-UBND April 09, 2011) issued by People’s Committee of Soc Son District on April 09, 2011 to Mr. Nguyen Quang Khai and Ms. Ha Thi Thu Huyen.

The deadline for application is within 07 days from the date of notification (documents sent by post office is from the date on the postmark, provided that BIDV - Dong Hanoi shall receive documents within 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Facilities, equipment as needed to guarantee the auction of types of auctioned assets.

- Feasible and effective auction plans.

- Competence, experience and prestige of the asset auction organization.

- Remunerations for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.

- Named in the list of asset auction organizations as published by the Ministry of Justice.

- The minimum operating duration is 03 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Application documents including:

- Legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Letter of offering price, relevant documents as specified in Section 4 of this Statement, other commitments of auction organization (if any).

* Notes:

- Application documents shall be automatically invalid if the auction organization is not permitted to auction in accordance with the applicable law.

- BIDV - Dong Hanoi shall provide a written notice of results to selected auction organization, and those who are not provided notices shall be deemed as not selected, BIDV - Dong Hanoi shall not return documents to unsuccessful companies.
