BIDV Online is BIDV's online banking service via which customers can access information and make transactions with BIDV without visiting BIDV's counters.

BIDV Online offers the following features corresponding to the registered package, including:
a) Non-financial package: access information on current deposit account, loan account, overdraft account, term deposit account, interest rate, exchange rate, ATM, POS locations, etc.
b) Financial package: includes the same features as non-financial packages. At the same time, users can perform the following transactions:
- Internal fund transfer (in VND).
- Domestic money transfer (in VND).
- 24/7 fast interbank money transfer 
- Payment for goods and services of providers linked to BIDV system.
- Perform periodic payment orders, place future payment orders.
- FD Online term deposits.
- Online term deposit withdrawal- Perform service requests

You can register for BIDV Online service in the following two ways:
- Over-the-counter registration: Please present your ID card/Passport at any Branch/Transaction Office of BIDV for instructions to fill in the Registration Form, or download BIDV Online Registration Form (for individual customers) on the Bank's website and fill in the information before visiting the Bank's transaction counter.
- Register online via BIDV's website at https://ebank.bidv.com.vn/DKNHDT/: Within 24 hours after submitting online registration, BIDV's Customer Care Center will contact the customer for information verification and service activation.
Individual customers must satisfy the following conditions for successful online registration:
  + Have an active VND current account (not a co-account) at BIDV.
  + Have an active mobile phone number which has been registered with BIDV.
  + Have not registered for BIDV Online or BSMS or both services.

- Over-the-counter registration: After successful registration of BIDV Online, BIDV's Tellers will return Customers the information sheet on username (2 copies, 1 copy kept by Customer, 1 copy kept by BIDV) and initial login password (1 unique copy to Customer). Customer will be asked to change this password the first time they log in to the system. 
- Register online via BIDV's website at https://ebank.bidv.com.vn/DKNHDT/: Please use the username provided by the system and the password selected during registration. You will be asked to change this password on your first login to ensure security.
