First-class services program

From 1 February 2019 to 1 February 2020, BIDV is launching First-class services program exclusive for BIDV’s selected priority customers.

The program offers eligible customers and their family members (including wife/husband and biological children) with 1 out of 6 special incentives quarterly as follows:

- Luxury airport transfer: From Ho Chi Minh City to Tan Son Nhat International Airport, or from Ha Noi to Noi Bai International Airport for up to 9 passengers.
- Access to business lounge: In Noi Bai International Airport and Tan Son Nhat International Airport
- Upgrades for Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles members: 1000 miles earned to upgrade Lotusmiles membership level
- Portable Wifi router: Usable in 101 countries and territories worldwide
- Healthcare at high-end hospitals and clinics: Medical expenses supported in hospitals and clinics nationwide:
