            a. The selected valuation enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for valuation activities of the Ministry of Finance..

            b. The selected price appraisal enterprises do not fall into the cases where they are not allowed to appraise prices in accordance with the Price Law and the guiding documents.

            c. Fully meet the standards of the Vietnam Valuation Standards System issued under Circular No. 158/2014/TT-BTC dated October 27, 2014, Circular No. 28/2015/TT-BTC dated March 6, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance and the provisions of the law on price appraisal.

            d. Appraisers fully meet the criteria prescribed by the Law on Prices and the provisions of law, have experience in the field of price appraisal; prestigious price appraisal enterprises,....
