- Waiver of money transfer fee within BIDV system (at the counter)
- Discount on money transfer fee outside BIDV system (at the counter):
25% discount for Premier customers, 50% discount for Premier Elite customers - 25% discount on international money transfer
- Waiver of BSMS fee
- Waiver of safe deposit box rental fee
